Drawing mental pictures
“Where there is no vision, the people perish.”
PROVERBS 29:18
If I asked you to draw a picture, how would you go about it? You would probably get crayons, pencils and paper and proceed to draw. How about drawing pictures in your mind. Begin to see “ideas in color. Red colors would be happy colors. Today choose to become an artist with ideas. The me I see is the me I’ll be, If I cannot see it I will never be it. Oh God, five me a vision a mental picture of the person you want me to be, the project you want me pursue. I will paint the pictures within my imagination now. Thank you, god Amen.

Announcing your intentions
“O Lord open my lips and my mouth will show forth Your praise.”
PSALM 51:15
Look at the upward steps that the walk of faith is taking. It takes a giant step upward to make a public announcement of your goals. Once you open your mouth and tell the world what you intend to do, then you place your integrity on the line. Take the leap of faith upward today. Tell the world what you’re going to accomplish. Oh Lord open my lips and my mouth shall show forth Your praises I shall tell the world of the dream You have given me and what You and I will accomplish for Your glory. Amen.

Getting excited about succeeding

Now that you have drawn a mental picture and announced your intention, you are getting excited about the idea of success. It’s all going to happen! Get excited, because God is your rock your fortress. He called you. Thank you Father, that You have given me the dream and now the gleam of success. I need that today! Amen

Allowing for the impossibilities
“As you do not know what is the way of the wind, Or how the bones grow in the womb of her who is with child, So you do not know the works of God who makes all things.”
ECCLESIASTES 11:5
Is it possible for the sun to rise in the west? Faith allows impossibilities to become possibilities. There may be supernatural laws that override natural laws. Or there are probably natural laws known only to God. Faith is allowing for the apparent impossibilities to be realities. O God, give me the humility to make allowances for the possibilities that I am tempted to reject as totally unrealistic! Help me to see that I cannot grow as a person until I am willing to be a believer. Amen

Aiming to achieve the best

Have you noticed that people who do not walk the walk of faith are also the people who have no clear-cut aim in life! If you aim at nothing- you’re sure to hit it! The truth is, the person who sets low goals achieves little. The size of the dream will determine the size of the person you will become. Are your dreams beyond your reach? Then stop leaning on your abilities and start trusting God’s abilities. He is able. I know that I can never dream big enough to mach God’s dreams! He’s always ahead of me and beyond me!

Verbalizing victory

Remember Babe Ruth. Two strikes, bottom of the ninth, bases loaded. He stepped out of the batters box, lifted his hat, and pointed it at the stands off in center field. That ball went exactly where he pointed. When you dare to predict your own success, you attract support and you produce the pressures that will ensure you success. When you verbalize victory you give yourself a new injection of enthusiasm. People will say that you talked your way into success. That’s only partially true. You acted out your faith. In the process you put the ball back in God’s court. Isn’t it marvelous how God planned for life to be such a challenging game of faith!

“You are my hope, O Lord God. You are my trust from my youth. By You I have been upheld from my birth. You are He who took me out of your mother’s womb. My praise shall be continually of You?

Tremendous power is release when you begin to thank God for making you the way you are. I know of no one who doesn’t wish to change something about his or her appearance. I will unlock the emotional powers within myself by believing that God knew what he was doing when He created me the way I am. Thank You that I have been led to take this walk of faith. My faith is unlocking positive emotional power within me now! Thank You God. Amen
